What Aquarius brings to your Mercury
Aquarius is an Air, Fixed sign ruled by Uranus / Saturn. Air is mental, social and led by ideas. By mode it sustains. It holds steady, builds and sees things through. So your Mercury, how you think, learn and communicate, takes on that colour: the visionary: original, independent and future-facing, loyal to ideas and the collective good.
The sign itself, its dates, element and ruler, has a page of its own: Aquarius.
Strengths & the growing edge
At its best, this placement is original, independent and humanitarian. That is where your Mercury shines most naturally. Its growing edge is the detached side. That is not a flaw. It is the place that asks for a little awareness, so the gift does not tip into strain.
A question to sit with
Where in your life does your Mercury most want to be original, and where might its detached streak be asking you for a little more gentleness?
